At Cocoplum Wellness Design, selected products displayed in-store or online are made to order or sourced upon purchase. This ensures quality, customisation and responsible sourcing.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timeframes begin once your order is confirmed and payment is received.Standard items: dispatched within 2–4 weeks
Custom or made-to-order items: dispatched within 4–10 weeks
International or specialised items: dispatched within up to 12 weeks
Delivery time may vary depending on product specifications and supplier lead times. A more precise estimate will be provided after purchase.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on product size, weight and delivery location.Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or provided after order confirmation
Large, fragile or custom items may incur additional handling or freight charges
International shipping costs are quoted separately where applicable
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered via standard courier or specialised furniture transport depending on the item.Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout

Returns and Refund Policy

At Cocoplum Wellness Design, many of our products are made to order or sourced specifically for each client. For this reason, we ask customers to choose carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order, customised or specially sourced items.For standard (non-custom) products, return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect ItemsIf you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items Custom, made-to-order or specially sourced items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.Cancellations

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
