Do you manufacture joinery and furniture in-house?
Yes. We operate seven dedicated joinery factories with over €2.36 million in manufacturing assets. Our facilities include 5-axis CNC machining, automated finishing lines, metal fabrication, stone masonry, and upholstery departments — enabling us to produce custom FF&E and fixed joinery at scale.
What can you manufacture?
Our manufacturing covers custom joinery and cabinetry, fixed and loose furniture, metal fabrication (structural and decorative), natural stone work, and soft furnishings. We produce everything from hotel case goods and bathroom vanities to reception desks and restaurant seating.
Do you offer supply-only or do you also install?
Both. We can supply FF&E and joinery packages for your team to install, or provide full turnkey delivery including international shipping, logistics, and on-site installation with our own crews.
What certifications does your manufacturing hold?
Our manufacturing operations are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 10002:2018 (Customer Satisfaction).
What is your typical project process?
We follow a structured 10-step methodology: contract signing, documentation review and gap analysis, scheduling, shop drawings and submittals, material procurement, factory production with QC, packaging and shipping, on-site installation, snagging, and handover. You have visibility at each stage.
How long does a typical hotel fit-out take?
Timelines vary by scope, but a typical 100+ room hotel FF&E package takes 4–6 months from approved shop drawings to delivery. Installation timing depends on site readiness and is coordinated with your construction programme.
How does quality control work?
Quality control happens at multiple points: material inspection on arrival, in-process checks during manufacturing, pre-shipment inspection with photography, and final inspection on site before handover. Our ISO 9001 certification formalises these processes.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes. We regularly partner with design firms as the manufacturing and delivery arm — translating their designs into shop drawings, samples, and finished product. We can also provide full in-house design if required.

We work primarily with hotel developers and operators, residential developers, and wellness retreat owners. We also partner with architects and general contractors who need a manufacturing and FF&E delivery partner.
