We aim to provide you with clear and straightforward information about how to receive your orders and what to do if you’re not satisfied. #### Delivery Policy On Display and Made to order products - ### At Cocoplum Design Studio, selected products displayed in-store or online are made to order or sourced upon purchase. This ensures quality, customisation and responsible sourcing. **Estimated Delivery Time** Delivery timeframes begin once your order is confirmed and payment is received. - Standard items: dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks - Custom or made-to-order items: dispatched within 4 to 10 weeks - International or specialised items: dispatched within up to 12 weeks Delivery time may vary depending on product specifications and supplier lead times. A more precise estimate will be provided after purchase. **Delivery Costs** Delivery costs are calculated based on product size, weight and delivery location. - Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or provided after order confirmation - Large, fragile or custom items may incur additional handling or freight charges - International shipping costs are quoted separately where applicable **Delivery Method** Orders are delivered via standard courier or specialised furniture transport depending on the item. - Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout - For large items, access details may be required prior to dispatch - Delivery is to ground floor unless otherwise agreed **Order Processing** Orders are processed after full payment is received. You will receive confirmation and an estimated dispatch timeframe. **Delays and Availability** While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delays may occur due to supplier schedules, shipping conditions or customs processes. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. **Contact** For delivery enquiries, please contact Cocoplum Design Studio via our website. #### Returns and Refund Policy - ### At Cocoplum Design Studio, many of our products are made to order or sourced specifically for each client. For this reason, we ask customers to choose carefully before placing an order. **Change of Mind** We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order, customised or specially sourced items. For standard (non-custom) products, return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. **Damaged or Faulty Items** If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. **Incorrect Items** If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund. **Custom and Made-to-Order Items** Custom, made-to-order or specially sourced items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described. **Refunds** Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
