# Saraya Aqaba Villas, Aqaba, Jordan: Design and Build

Design, fit-out, fixed and movable furniture and complete FF&E for the villa collection at Saraya Aqaba, delivered as one turnkey scope in 2019.

- Property: the hotel villas of Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, within the Saraya Aqaba resort development on the Red Sea, Aqaba, Jordan
- Operator and brand: Marriott International, The Luxury Collection
- Client: Arabtec-CCC joint venture, main contractor
- Delivered: May 2019
- Our role: design and build, one turnkey scope
- Scope: interior design, fit-out works, fixed and movable furniture, complete FF&E
- Sister package: complete interior design and FF&E for The Westin Saraya Aqaba at the same development, delivered December 2018

Design, fit-out works, fixed and movable furniture, and complete FF&E for the villa collection at Saraya Aqaba, delivered in 2019.

## The approach

A single turnkey scope from design through installation, the same vertically integrated model used on our hotel-scale work. Neuroscience-informed design is embedded in every project Cocoplum Design Studio takes on, whether we hold the full brief or lead on FF&E.
