# Hotel Alba, Caracas, Venezuela: Turnkey Hotel Renovation

A 700-room, 5-star city hotel renovated end to end by Cocoplum Design Studio: design, fit-out, MEP and all fixed and loose FF&E, completed in 2022.

- Our role: design and build, delivered as one turnkey scope, including the interior design of all 700 rooms
- Scope: interior design, fit-out works, MEP works, and all fixed and loose FF&E

## The scope

Complete renovation, completed in 2022, of a 700-room, 5-star city hotel in the business centre of Caracas, including design, fit-out works, MEP works, and all fixed and loose FF&E.

## The approach

Delivered as a single, vertically integrated scope from design through installation, giving the owner one point of accountability for brand standard and delivery timeline. Neuroscience-informed design is embedded in every project Cocoplum Design Studio takes on, whether we hold the full brief or lead on FF&E.
