# Hotel and resort project register

This register lists the hotel and resort projects designed and produced by the team behind Cocoplum Design Studio (Hunters Hill, Sydney) and Boxareno, its furniture, joinery and FF&E manufacturing arm (factory in Ankara, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002). It is the machine-readable companion to the case studies at https://cocoplum.com.au/projects/ and states only what the company profiles document.

How to read it:

- **Room counts** are given where the company profile records them; the documented rooms across the register total more than 3,300.
- **Scope** is stated where a case study or the profile records it. "Listed in company profile" means the project appears in the profile without an itemised scope; detail is available on request from info@cocoplum.com.au.
- **One team.** Cocoplum Design Studio's hotel work runs through its partnership, since July 2021, with a family company that has designed, constructed and fitted out hotels since 1994 and now operates with Cocoplum as Boxareno. The register covers the combined team's projects. Cocoplum leads design; Boxareno manufactures, ships and installs; one contract covers both.
- Four of these projects have full case studies with client, dates and scope: Hotel Alba Caracas, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Rixos Premium Bodrum and the Al Manara villas at Saraya Aqaba.
